PROJECT TYPE: RESIDENTIAL+STAGING | PROJECT LOCATION: RIVERSDALE

William Wolf Design was asked by the developer to create an interior concept that uniquely caters to the growing residential market in the Riversdale area and was budget friendly for re-sale. Located across from a wonderful park, we made sure to direct windows and front views to this area.

The Kitchen features modern black metal shelving with a custom designed range hood & island. Keeping things neutral we stayed with a light color palette and added some fun tile into the powder bathroom for a nice feature.

I wanted to create a very classic feeling home that would appeal to a wide variety of potential homeowners…..that means transitional but still current. Polished, but not stuffy. We opted for a foundation of warm white oak floors and an ultra classic white shaker kitchen. It’s light, bright, slightly coastal, and very cozy.
